枫香迷迭香烤鸡

两只烧焦的鸡腿放在烤架上,配上柠檬片和新鲜迷迭香

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4杯低钠酱油
  • 3汤匙橄榄油,分成两份
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2汤匙切碎的新鲜迷迭香
  • 1汤匙现榨柠檬汁
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 3瓣蒜,剁碎

DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, 两汤匙橄榄油, shallot, rosemary, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic; season with salt and pepper to taste.
