Pathway to Wellness

Our mission is to increase awareness of healthy and positive lifestyle choices by providing programs and resources that promote a culture of health and wellness for the Upstate Medical University community; including employees, contract personnel, volunteers and students.

Pathway to Wellness programs are open to all with an Upstate ID; all employees, staff, students, volunteers.
